Today, 200 children are studying at Hayat School System. We are working to give rural children not only an education, but also the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to build a better future.

Our Mission

Hayat School System is a village school built with a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves quality education, regardless of where they are born or what their family can afford.
Our mission is to empower underprivileged rural children through education, skills, confidence, and opportunity—giving them access to the same quality of learning and future possibilities as children in cities.
We have a special commitment to girls’ education. Through education and practical skills, we aim to help girls continue their studies, reduce the risk of early marriage, become confident and independent, and build a future of their own choice.
For boys, our mission is to help protect them from being pushed into child labour because of poverty and instead keep them in classrooms where they can learn, grow, and prepare for meaningful careers.

Our Aims

Provide quality education comparable to opportunities available to children in cities. Keep village girls in education and help prevent early marriage through learning, awareness, and empowerment.
Protect boys from child labour by providing them with continued education and opportunities. Introduce computer and digital education so rural children are prepared for the modern world.
Provide practical and vocational skills alongside academic education. Teach girls embroidery, stitching, and other useful skills that can support future financial independence. Build confidence, communication skills, creativity, and leadership in every student. Create a safe and supportive environment where both girls and boys can dream beyond the limitations of poverty and geography.

Hina Hayat

Founder & Director, Hayat School System

Hina Hayat is an MBA graduate from NUML University, Islamabad, who chose to stay in her village and use her education to create opportunities for children in her own community.with a vision to make quality education accessible to children in her rural community, regardless of their financial circumstances.
After witnessing children being pushed into child labour and girls losing educational opportunities because of poverty and social limitations, she decided to create a school where both girls and boys could learn, grow, and build a better future.
With the support of her family and community, Hayat School System was founded in 2023 with a special commitment to educating and empowering underprivileged rural children.
Her vision goes beyond traditional classroom education. She aims to provide students with quality academics, computer education, practical skills, confidence, creativity, and opportunities that can help them become independent and capable individuals.
She has a particular commitment to girls’ education and empowerment, helping girls continue their studies
